  1. On a tray spread boiled rice, let them cool and set aside.
  2. Take oil in a wok, add eggs and mix well.
  3. Next add carrots, cabbage and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Then add boiled rice mix well.
  5. Then add white pepper powder, chicken powder, sugar, salt, green onion and give it a good mix.
  6. At the end add sesame oil, mix well and serve.
