Everyone loves seafood especially fish. To cook fish is not as simple as it looks but this simple recipe gives you luscious fish with different spices that intensify the flavor of seafood.




  1. Clean the fish with water and let it dry.
  2. Then take a bowl and add red chili powder, cumin, white pepper powder, chaat masala, salt, oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and garam masala in it and mix well.
  3. Next make slits on fish with the help of a sharp knife and marinate it for half an hour with the prepared mixture of spices.
  4. Then grill it and serve it with boiled rice.
