This dish is popular in Sindh and typically cooked on a barbecue or in tandoor.
- Chop mince, chilies, ginger, onion, fat and fresh coriander in a chopper.
- Add all remaining ingredients chop again for one minute.
- Wet palm in a bowl of ice-cold water and pierce little mince on skewers.
- Place all skewers on charcoal and grill from all sides till golden color.
