  1. Chop mince, chilies, ginger, onion, fat and fresh coriander in a chopper.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients chop again for one minute.
  3. Wet palm in a bowl of ice-cold water and pierce little mince on skewers.
  4. Place all skewers on charcoal and grill from all sides till golden color.
